General Questions
Q: My panels came warped:
A: Occasionally, with thiner parts they tend to warp. We recommend a small piece of brass sheeting ( K&S Models ) cut to size will reinforce the backs of them to keep them straight
Q: Do You offer the Dynamic brake :
A: During research of this product we found that the existing dynamic brake fan was raised higher to accomodate the new taller panels as shown in the diagrams below
STEP 1
On all 4 sides of your locomotive, the following pieces in green have to be cut out
STEP 2
In order to fit the new panels, the Dynamic brake hatch has to be cut and lifted to fit the top of the new panel , You will have a gap that can be filled with styrene. Also holes can also be filled with putty once done
STEP 3
On the engineer side rear near the handbrake, This will be the location of this style panel.
**FOR THE CONDUCTOR SIDE THIS WILL BE REVERSED AND OPPOSITE SIDE **
STEP 4
Also on the ENGINEER side behind cab door, this style panel will go here.
